Construction Management Services

North Bay Packaged Homes has a licensend General Contractor available to offer guidance as required by the Owner/Builder as requested for an hourly fee of $95.  This allows our clients the benefit of using his experience and expertise on an as-needed basis saving tens of thousands of dollars that a General Contractor would cost to oversee the entire project.

• Lot Selection (including consulting on preliminary decisions such as foundation, utilities and site work) prior to the purchase of the propert
• Package Selection (we also have an in-house architect who can help you with modifications or designing the custom home of your dreams)
• Sub-contractor referrals, bids and/or selection
• Construction timeline and management
• Handling building inspections
• Filing Notice of Completion

• County/City/Coastal Permits for Development including Title 24

• Budget and/or Cost Breakdown for the LenderContracting of the foundation and sub-floors (done as a bid per your plans)
